Our trade terms are as
follows (great discounts available for
combining services):
- Web site design and updates -
100% trade (amounts vary) - 50% at
design acceptance and the balance
when site goes live
- Web site hosting -
50% trade + 50% cash (varies depending
on features needed) - payment due
annually in advance - Your hosting
can also be included with any other
services at a discount or no charge
- Marketing management and maintenance
agreements -
- terms - 50/50 cash & trade on
all work. All marketing and management
agreements are renewable and paid in
advance monthly, with an additional
10% discount for paid in advance contracts
of 6 months or more. Prices do not
include actual advertising costs. Unless
prior arrangements are made, these
expenses will be direct billed to the
client. We will run your campaign to
the best of our ability with whatever
marketing budget you have, to give
you the best ROI that we can.
It varies with each business, but an
initial budget of $100 - $300/month
for the first 2 - 3 months is usually
a good starting point for a single
product or service site. This will
give you a good idea of what the initial
response rate is, if it does bring
you business, and if you are happy
with your ROI. Merchantrade members
receive a 25% discount on initial site
setup (amount varies per site) which
also includes 1st month of service
agreement, plus 25% discount off the
regular monthly cash price.
